What a membership covers

  • Accidental damage. Cracked screens, broken charging ports and other sudden physical damage.
  • Mechanical and electrical failure outside the manufacturer's warranty.
  • One free repair per device each year, up to $500 retail. Any extra repair on that device that year is 50% off.
  • Optional extras: Phixey Wireless unlimited talk and text for $5 a month, and accessories for $4.95.

What it doesn't cover

  • Lost or stolen devices. Phixey repairs; it doesn't replace.
  • Devices that can't be repaired.
  • Normal wear and tear, like gradual battery decline and cosmetic scratches.
  • Devices that are already damaged when you join.

How a repair works

  1. Join and register each deviceEnter its IMEI or serial number and a photo showing it works.
  2. Wait 60 daysCoverage for your free repair starts 60 days after you register the device.
  3. Report the damagePhixey finds a technician or repair shop near you from its nationwide network.
  4. Get it fixedPhixey pays the shop for your covered repair. No deductible.

Before you join

Is this insurance?

No. Phixey is a membership club, like roadside assistance for your devices. There's no monthly premium and no deductible on your free repair.

When can I use my free repair?

60 days after you register the device's IMEI or serial number in your Phixey account. Repairs during the waiting period are 50% off.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund within 3 days of buying. After you use any benefit, the membership is non-refundable.

Does the price go up after the first year?

No. Your renewal price stays the same unless you add or remove devices.

How many devices can I add?

As many as you like. Discounts start at 2 devices and reach 25% at 10 or more.
